                    食材:

                    肉蟹约800克/只,洋葱丝、青红椒丝、蒜茸各少许、Ankee咖喱调味酱150克,椰浆200克,三淡花奶250克,色拉油、生粉、绍酒各适量


                    做法:

                    1、将肉蟹宰洗干净,滤干水分,用生粉拌匀。

                    2、将Ankee咖喱调味酱、椰浆、三淡花奶和匀。

                    3、锅下油烧至六成热,放下肉蟹过油至七成熟,取出去油。

                    4、放下洋葱丝、青红椒丝、蒜茸爆至有香味,撒绍酒,加入和匀的Ankee咖喱调味酱,转放在砂锅里放下肉蟹,煮至熟即可。
