                    发制好的鱼胶(鱼肚片)250克,西兰花2棵,Ankee咖喱调味酱50克、色拉油30克,高汤100克,生粉6克,盐、料酒、葱、姜各3克


                    做法:

                    1、将鱼胶(鱼肚)改刀为4×3厘米的片,焯水;西兰花洗净、修整齐,焯水。

                    2、净锅上火放入色拉油,葱、姜炒香,放入Ankee咖喱调味酱,加入高汤,放入鱼胶(鱼肚),加入剩余调料烧至入味,生粉勾芡,出锅装盘,点缀西兰花上桌。
